If you need a repeat prescription, please contact the Prescription Ordering Department team on 0121 726 1240. The prescription ordering department team are open Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5.30pm for you to call. Your prescription will be ready 48 hours later. Please do not expect the prescription to be ready immediately.
Please note you can nominate a specific pharmacy of choice for your prescriptions to be sent to electronically. Please approach your local pharmacy and ask to be nominated with them
