All registered patients please note:
You may be aware that from April 2015, all GP Practices are required to provide all of their registered patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them. All patients aged above 75 years old have already had letters written to them informing them of their named GP.
For all other patients, if you fall in age group below, your named GP is detailed below:
- 25 to 50 year olds: Dr. Pandit
- 0 to 50 year olds: Dr. Jui Pandit
Please note that this does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.
